We want every guest to have a seamless, terrifying night. Please review our entry and ticketing policies before you arrive.

  • Are tickets on sale now?

    Yes, tickets for Cucuy Nights Haunted House are on sale now right here on the offical Cucuy Nights Website!

  • Refund & Exchange Policy

    Tickets are non-refundable. Date exchanges may be available based on availability; contact cris.garza@cucuynights.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled night. Acts of God or closure by the venue may result in a reschedule option.

  • No-Show Policy

    No-shows forfeit their ticket with no refund or exchange credit. Arrive on time; late entry is subject to queue availability and not guaranteed.

  • Age & Suitability

    Cucuy Nights is a high-intensity haunted attraction. Not recommended for children under 13 or guests with heart conditions, epilepsy, or severe anxiety. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Entry Requirements

    Valid ticket confirmation required at entry. Photo ID may be requested for age verification. No costumes that fully obscure the face of adult guests. No weapons, props, or outside food and beverage.

  • Accessibility
